Notes

1. Payment of subscriptions falls due on 1 January, and should be received by the Treasurer by 31 March. Unpaid membership of the Society constitutionally lapses six months after the due date. Journal contents will only be available to currently paid-up members and subscribers.
2. Overseas payments should be by bank draft, drawable on a South African Bank and payable in South African Rands (ZAR). Payments in any other currency should include a 10% surcharge to cover bank handling fees.
3. Applications for fee reduction, from deserving members in African states outside of South Africa where currency exchange rates make the subscriptions unacceptably high, will be entertained.
4. Cheques are no longer used.
