Notes

  1. Payment of subscriptions falls due on 1 January and should be received by the Treasurer by 31 March. Unpaid membership of the Society constitutionally lapses six months after the due date. Journal contents are available only to currently paid-up members and subscribers.
  2. Overseas payments should be by bank draft, drawn on a South African bank and payable in South African Rands (ZAR). Payments in any other currency should include a 10% surcharge to cover bank handling fees.
  3. Applications for fee reduction, from deserving members in African states outside South Africa where currency exchange rates make the subscription unacceptably high, will be entertained.
  4. Cheques are no longer used.
